Eligibility for Refunds

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

What We Cover: Full refund of the product price (excluding shipping fees, which are non-refundable). We'll also cover return shipping costs for eligible returns.

Process Your Return: Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the label. Once we receive and inspect it (typically 3-5 business days), we'll issue your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
